The Full Support Wean is offered to families who feel highly stressed or anxious, and who want to have a full team available to support them through every step of the way. This plan provides you with the end-to-end support you and your family need to complete the weaning journey. This package includes:

1. Personalized feeding and weaning plan

2. One (1) hour with a mental health social worker before the start of the wean to provide strategies to manage weaning anxiety and post-traumatic stress

3. Total of twelve (12) hours consultation with the combination of your choice (parent coach, dietician, or feeding specialist)

4. Two (2) hours of consultation with a social worker for strategies on self-care and healing
