½ oz heavy whipping cream (optional)

Peach Melba Yogurt Pops
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup honey
1 cup fresh raspberries
2 cups peaches, peeled and chunked
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
Place raspberries in a bowl and set aside.
Place the water and honey in a small saucepan set over medium low heat. Warm for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently until the honey is fully incorporated. Pour 2 TBSP of the honey simple syrup over the raspberries and set aside to cool. Add peach chunks to the remaining honey simple syrup in the saucepan and bring to a simmer for 1 to 3 minutes, until softened. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a blender or food processor, puree peaches with their syrup. Scrape the puree into a pourable measuring cup. Next, puree the raspberries and scrape into a separate pourable measuring cup.
Pour a small splash of the raspberry puree into the bottom of each popsicle mold, reserving about half of the raspberry puree for later use. Next, pour about half of the peach puree into the molds, reserving the other half for later use. Next, dollop some yogurt into each mold. Repeat with the remaining raspberry puree, peach puree, and yogurt. Use a skewer to lightly marble the mixture together.
